There are six cat and dog coloring pages: three cats and three dogs. The outlines are clear and the areas are big, so they suit a three-year-old. Around each animal are small pictures, like a ball of yarn, a fish and a bone.

Cat coloring pages
Fluffy cat. The cat wears a bow, with a ball of yarn, a fish and a heart around it. The fluffy tail looks great with stripes.

Kitten and yarn. The kitten lies on a pillow, playing with a ball of yarn.

Cat in a box. The cat peeks out of a cardboard box with its paws on the edge. Color the box brown or turn it into a present.

Dog coloring pages
Happy puppy. The puppy has floppy ears and a name tag on its collar.

Dachshund on a walk. The long dog wags its tail on the leash. Your child can give the dog a name and write it in the picture.

Puppy in bed. The dog rests in a round bed next to its food bowl.

Coloring tips for animal pictures
- Make it look like your pet: color the cat or dog the same as the one at home.
- Patterned fur: spots, stripes or checks turn an ordinary cat into a funny one.
- Background: draw the animal a home, a yard or a forest around the picture.
Which ages are the pictures for?
The big round areas suit three- and four-year-olds. The fluffy cat's fur and the puppy's bed have more detail, so they're for five-year-olds and up.
