Shipping policy

Where we ship

For now we ship to Finland only. Shipping is always free, and there are no other shipping options or express delivery.

How your parcel arrives

Starter pack. Your first delivery comes as a tracked Posti parcel, and you'll get a tracking link by email.

Refills. Each refill travels as a letter and fits through the mail slot. Letters aren't tracked.

Delivery time

We pack orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and your order ships on the next packing day after your order or charge. A refill arrives within a week of the charge. In busy periods, such as before Christmas, delivery can take longer.

Launch batch: orders placed from October 25 to October 31, 2026 ship from November 1, 2026.

After that, a refill ships each time your subscription is charged, every 30 days.

If your parcel doesn't arrive

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected time or arrives damaged, tell us at info@ayaka.fi or through the contact form, with your order number. We'll sort it out with the carrier and send a new pack if needed.

Changing your address

You can change your delivery address in your account. The change applies to your next delivery when you make it before the charge date.
