Right of withdrawal
You can withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your first delivery, the starter pack. You don't have to give a reason. When you withdraw, the whole subscription ends and no further charges are made.
The right of withdrawal covers the subscription as a whole. Later refill packs don't start a new withdrawal period, but you can cancel the subscription at any time in your account.
How to withdraw
Tell us you're withdrawing within 14 days of receiving the product. Sending your notice in time is enough. Choose one of these:
- Withdrawal function. Withdraw on the Withdraw from your purchase page. Enter your name, order number and email and confirm. No login is needed, and you don't need to give a reason.
- Withdrawal form. Fill in the form below and send it to info@ayaka.fi.
- Your own words. An email to info@ayaka.fi is enough, as long as it clearly says you want to withdraw.
You can also stop future deliveries yourself in your customer account. Stopping them doesn't withdraw an order already placed, so use one of the ways above for that.
We acknowledge your withdrawal notice by email. Our customer service replies to it.
Returning the product
Return the unopened product within 14 days of your withdrawal notice to:

Put your order number in the parcel. The jar and sticker sheets go back with the starter pack.
Return costs. Returns carry the direct cost of the return, currently €4.83.
Opened packs. If the seal on the tablet pack has been broken after delivery, the product can't be returned for health protection and hygiene reasons. You can still withdraw so that no more deliveries come and no more charges are made.
Refunds
We refund your payment within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may hold the refund until we've received the product back or you've shown that you've sent it. The refund goes to the payment method you used. Shipping is free, so there's no delivery charge to refund.
A delivery that has already shipped
If you cancel after your next refill has already been charged and shipped, contact us at info@ayaka.fi.
Defective products
If a product is defective or damaged, returning it and getting a new one costs you nothing. See section 9 of the Terms and conditions.
